The White Magnolia Bridal

Existing spaces in old buildings often pose challenges. This wonderful space overlooking Main Street has beautiful exposed rafters and brick walls, but it has only one long staircase to access the store. We worked with the City Building Officials to document this upfit as it will actually be used, instead of a strict interpretation out of the code books. It helped us avoid a costly elevator addition, which would have been detrimental to this small business.
