Goodwin Foust Custom Homes

After seeing a few concepts that LMG Architects had come up with for another commercial office project, the Owners needed an architect to work with them to create a new space in Greenville, SC for their business as a custom home builder. They wanted adequate space to showcase interior design options for their clients. They also wanted to create enough space to be able to lease the next door space to another tenant. The pad site offered many challenges through design, permitting and construction, but LMG was able to help navigate through them to create comfortable new space for both Goodwin Foust and their tenant.
