This former lawyer’s office had not had any upgrades in almost 30 years. Mark and Lura decided to renovate it as a multi-tenant office building with new lighting, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures and HVAC. In the end, two walls and a hole in another wall created a usable work space for the shared home of LMG Architects and Darrohn Engineering. The building features a front work space and conference room, three individual offices, two restrooms, a work room and a break room. New paint colors and furnishings, as well as a new front door and some custom conference room barn doors helped to bring this building up to date.
