This office building needed to be able to adapt to serve a group of non-profit tenants that were each growing in their own way. To allow their tenants to be better served, the Owners wanted to add an elevator tower to the design. LMG helped to make it a cental feature of the new look of the building. LMG worked through many shell upgrades, including accessible restrooms, and also helped several of those tenants with upgrades to their individual spaces.
