The existing building had been a women’s boutique and a home décor store long after its first life as a service station. The small site created challenges, as did the building, which has been pieced together over many years. LMG did a complete façade renovation and created 4 potential tenant spaces of varying sizes. The solar shades, bright orange metal panels, and striped color scheme created a far more interesting and unified exterior in lieu of its bland original look.
