BMW Performance Center Renovations

For this design-build contract, Clayton Construction wanted an architect with attention to detail. The project consisted of new finishes, some new millwork, some reconfiguration of office space, and a renovation of their dining areas. Much of the design was conceived by BMW based on new international design standards for their corporate dining facilities, but deciding how best to implement that design was our responsibility. Close collaboration with BMW’s design and project management staff, as well as with Clayton’s team allowed us to meet project challenges in real time. In the end, we were able to meet project constraints while helping Clayton deliver the project on time and in budget.
