The Owner loved the traditional look of the front of this house, and wanted to maintain its warmth for her students and their parents. Transforming it from a two-story home involved tearing out a central staircase and bedrooms to create a generous lobby / reception space. LMG also added a large addition to the rear of the home for two main studio spaces, office space, new restrooms, and an accessible lift. The new venue has allowed the business to expand greatly.
