This warehouse for an old furniture store had sat vacant for years. LMG had worked on three previous concepts for the same site before the current Owners decided to pursue their vision to convert it to a Voodoo Brewing franchise location. LMG created an efficient plan to maximize the interior and exterior space, while minimizing the need for costly modifications to the existing structure. It has been a catalyst for much of the recent growth in the heart of Downtown Fountain Inn.
