We know it sounds cliché…but at LMG, we really are more than just coworkers–we are a family. We celebrate each other’s wins, hold each other accountable, and genuinely care for each other. The way we interact with one another shapes the way we interact with our clients. We strive to create a culture of openness, respect, and accountability in every scenario.
Openness | Respect | Accountability
Our Culture Makes the Difference
We like helping people, we’re passionate about making architecture approachable for everyone, and we love solving design problems. All of these factors are clear throughout our process. Our clients can sense that we enjoy what we do and that we like helping them do it. We’re not perfect. But when things don’t go according to plan, we put our heads together and figure out a solution that works.
With us, what you see is what you get. No smoke screens, no gimmicks, and absolutely no stuffy “well-that’s-just-what-we’ve-always-done” ideas. We’re the real deal—and after just one meeting, we think you’ll be able to tell.
Our People
Meet Our Team
Lura has been a small business owner for almost 20 years and loves the flexibility that affords her to build long-term relationships with her clients. She prides herself in her ability to understand her clients’ needs up front, decipher their vision, and translate those needs into effective solutions.
When she isn’t working (well, even when she is) Lura is doing the most important job of all: being mom to her boys. Family is Lura’s number one priority, and motherhood has taught her patience, flexibility, and the importance of prioritization. Lura loves being outdoors: walking, hiking, biking, you name it. She is heavily involved with her church, Trinity Lutheran, and volunteers in different capacities.
