The homeowners needed a residential architect that understood the challenges of designing in Greenville’s Colonel Elias Earle Historic District.

Working directly with City staff, LMG developed an updated look that gave this home its dignity back. The simple materials and understated colors brought a comfortable, modern look to the home, while meeting the neighborhood’s design guidelines.

The Owners enjoy their updated front porch, expanded kitchen and new master suite (with private deck). Larger windows, new guest bath, expanded entry foyer, new front stairway and new free-standing two-car garage gave this active family more room to breathe.
