New Holland Mill Village

Project completed with previous employer. The mixed use project included a Kroger grocery store, 5-6 restaurant outparcels, strip retail, and room for future medical office or multi-family development. The look of the center used details, colors and materials similar to structures of the original mill village, some of which are still nearby. Mark and Monica participated in master planning, community stakeholder meetings, early visioning, and project documentation.
