Project originally completed with previous employer. It has continued to evolve since Mark spearheaded the initial master plan in 2006. The full master plan was never built, and tenants have continued to turn over. However, LMG stayed involved with additional planning efforts, leasing support, and assistance with design guideline compliance for new construction. It has continued to be a vibrant destination for the Richmond area.
