The Keys Crossing office park had been barely active for years. Clayton brought in LMG to work with the doctors to create the right space for their new practice. After talking through initial ideas, and trying out floor plan and elevation concepts, the team focused in on a comfortable, warm office for their new and existing patients. LMG participated in all phases of design and construction and was able to help the team overcome permitting and field challenges, while keeping the project in budget.
